Rapper Wiz Khalifa cuffed for riding hoverboard

Some travelers at Los Angeles International Airport encountered a surprising sight Saturday – rapper Wiz Khalifa being forced to the floor and handcuffed by police officers after refusing to stop riding a hoverboard inside the airport.
