The service was great. I had great call quality and the flexibility to take the service anywhere. That went on until Cox Communications purchased my cable provider. Once Cox took over in our area, the call quality on Vonage deteriorated until the service became unusable.

That’s when I realized that the U.S. wireless industry’s multimillion-dollar advertising, public relations and marketing campaigns simply have been confusing buyers.
