Ohio EdTA

Ohio Educational Theatre Association contacted proVanceTek wanting a CMS (content management system) based website that better reflected the Ohio EdTA branding and was easier for the board members to update.

The website incorporates features such as an event calendar, forums, a blog, photo albums, and more. In more detail, we have provided a number of different custom content types that allow the site administrators and Ohio EdTA board members to create new content on the site and for it to be dynamically loaded on various pages. The content creators enjoy a Microsoft Word-like editor, also known as a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) editor, that allows them to easily and quickly create and edit content without needing to know any web programing code.

The website will also provide online registration for the organization's annual 2000 student event. Though this feature was not included in the initial release of the website, the goal is to integrate online registration through the website into their current File Maker Pro system.
