The new features will ensure that every collaborator is working on the same document, explained Birkan Icacan, product manager for Google Docs. Changes to the documents can be made not only via a desktop, as was possible with previous versions of the software, but also via Android and iOS mobile devices.

The 30-day U.S. ad campaign will run both on and off the Facebook platform.
