Rumors Tell the Apple Watch Story

Apple hasn’t been saying much, as usual — but insiders and analysts are fitting together pieces of the Apple Watch puzzle through sales estimates, revelations about the vast gulf separating production costs from final prices, and expected features of the next version.
During Apple’s second-quarter earnings report, CEO Tim Cook said the company was off to an “exciting start to the June quarter with the launch of Apple Watch.” However, Cook and company have not shared any sales figures for the device, which launched in April.

iPhone 6 hardware specs and design: The final leaks and rumors rounded up

iPhone 5S (left) vs. iPhone 6 (right)
With its release date soon approaching, the usual bevy of iPhone 6 design and hardware leaks are flowing thick and fast. With the pressure on Apple to innovate in the mobile space, and Android (and Samsung) continuing to steal away market share, the iPhone 6 will need to be seriously impressive on multiple fronts — which could be difficult, considering this may be the first iPhone designed without help from Steve Jobs. As usual, there’s an utterly insane number of iPhone 6 hardware and design rumors, spanning everything from multiple screen sizes (up to 5.5 inches!) to close integration with an upcoming (and still unannounced) iWatch smartwatch.

Legere's Sturm und Drang Act Works for T-Mobile

T-Mobile CEO John Legere was his usual controversial self when he took the stage at the company’s Un-Carrier 5.0 event on Wednesday, striding on after being announced like a wrestling champ and lacing the air with profanities. AT&T and Verizon were “greedy bastards” that were “raping” customers, he fumed. “Maps and charts and promises — and happy families running through the goddamned store,” he said, describing the marketing campaigns of Sprint and the two leading carriers. “What the f*ck do I care about that?”
