Putting the EU's E-Commerce Puzzle Together

A substantial number of Europeans shop online, but few make purchases outside their own country. The European Commission aims to change that through a broad initiative to create a Digital Single Market, announced earlier this month. A Google team led by Nick Fox reportedly has been working on the project, code-named “Nova,” for more than a year, and some employees already have tested the wireless network.
