Cloud computing is far from mature within the federal government, but it has reached a point at which it is a mainstream component of government IT resources. Government agencies finally have arrived at a place of “real, concrete adoption,” said Chris Wiedemann, a market analyst at immixGroup.

That’s close to 100,000 people. “This is a highly relevant issue, and one that we all need to address,” Krzanich said. “It’s not good enough to say we value diversity and then have our workplaces and our industry not reflect the full availability of a talent pool of women and underrepresented minorities.”
