Rumored Apple Plans Hint at Smart Speaker Battle Ahead


Apple reportedly has begun production of a high-end speaker with Siri-based digital assistant technology to compete directly with Amazon’s Alexa-based Echo speakers and the Google Assistant-powered Home speaker.
